Hi, I’m Kelly, the creator of PrepWise and your accountability coach for all things meal prep, fitness, and keeping it together when life gets loud.
I’ve been there too. I’m a mom, a coach, a wife to a competitive bodybuilder, and the proud supporter of a daughter who’s basically flying through life (literally, she’s in competitive dance aerial acrobatics). I know how overwhelming it can be to stay on track while burnout is hovering. Life doesn’t slow down, so I stopped waiting for the “perfect time” and started building systems that work with life âž¡ not against it.
PrepWise was born from that chaos
Through trial, error, and a whole lot of learning the hard way; I learned how to simplify meal prep, stay consistent, and build routines that helped my family thrive. The goal is to make meal prep and healthy living feel manageable. Not perfect. Not rigid. But doable.
Accountability coaching is more than “checking in”, we don’t just talk about your goals, we make a plan to reach them. Together, we break things down into small, realistic steps so you can stay consistent. We build habits that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your actual life. You’ll get support that helps you plan, prep, adjust, protect your mental health, and stop giving up when life tries to derail you!

When you simplify your routines and have a system to fall back on, everything changes. You stop chasing motivation. You show up more. You stress less. You stop quitting on yourself every time things get hard. And that’s what PrepWise is all about.

The goal is to create different ways to think about and accomplish tasks that work specifically for you and your lifestyle.
Here's what to expect:

We are all starting at a different place. We’ll start from where you are and together come up with a plan and strategies to help you reach your goals.

We'll chat so you can fill me in on your goals, lifestyle, work schedule, and other important information needed for me to make your personalized plan.

You will receive a flexible customized plan with small, targeted goals, recommendations and options to achieving those goals. We can meet on Zoom, or through text/voice notes.

You will receive support throughout the program with frequent check-ins and accessibility for questions, with the option to continue in chat groups for ongoing support.​​

If something doesn't work we change it. Remember: This plan will be specific to how you need to prep, and what you will be able to continue to manage long-term, it may take a few tries to find your ideals. goals!!
